Associate Professor Liora Lazarus speaks to BBC Radio about 'whole of life' sentences

The European Court of Human Rights has recently taken steps to protect the human rights of migrants in detention.

Associate Professor, and OxHRH Associate Director, Liora Lazarus, spoke to BBC Radio on 18 February 2014 about the Court of Appeal’s decision in R v McLoughlin [2014] EWCA Crim 188 in relation to ‘whole of life’ sentences.
