William Phillips

Regional Correspondent

William is PhD Candidate at Melbourne Law School. He holds a BCL degree from the University of Oxford, and LLB and BIS degrees from Flinders University, South Australia. He researches in the philosophy of human rights, and is particularly interested in the relationship between human rights and their duties. William has practised law, including working as an intern in the Appeals Section of the Office of the Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. He was also a Judicial Associate in the Supreme Court of South Australia.
