Anthony Bradley

Anthony Bradley has been Professor of Constitutional Law, University of Edinburgh (1968-89); barrister (Inner Temple) (1990-2010), where he appeared in judicial review and human rights cases including M v Home Office (1994) and R v Foreign Secretary, ex p Bancoult (No 2) (2009); legal adviser to the Constitution Committee (House of Lords) (2002-05); editor (with K Ewing & C Knight) of Constitutional & Administrative Law (various edns); QC (Hon) 2011; vice-president of the International Association of Constitutional Law (2004-07).
