Marie Spinoy, Lisa Waddington and Laverne Jacobs

Marie Spinoy is a researcher affiliated with the Leuven Centre for Public Law (KU Leuven) and Ghent University in Belgium. She is also a member of the Litigation Chamber of the Flemish Human Rights Institute. Lisa Waddington is the European Disability Forum Professor of European Disability Law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and Guest Professor at Hasselt University. Laverne Jacobs is a Professor of Law at the University of Windsor in Canada. She is a member of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the 2023–2026 term. They are the co-directors of the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law’s Disability Rights Working Group.
