Dr Meghan Finn is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg. She previously practised as an advocate at the Johannesburg Bar, and served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court. Her research focuses on the public/private divide and the horizontal application of rights in constitutional and equality law.
