Nicolas Carrillo-Santarelli

Nicolás Carrillo-Santarelli holds a PhD in International Law and International Relations from the Autónoma de Madrid University. He is currently Professor of International Law at the La Sabana University, Colombia. His research interests are on non-state actors, international human rights law, global and transnational issues, and theoretical aspects of international law.
