Pedro Montano

Pedro J. Montano is a full professor of Penal Law at the University of the Republic (Montevideo). He received his doctorate degree from the University of Pamplona in Spain. Previously, he was a researcher at the Max Planck Institute of International Penal Law and Criminology, Freiburg im Br., Germany. His research mainly focuses on Penal Law and Medicine.
