Abuzar Gifari is a Lecturer in the Department of Law and Justice, Presidency University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his LLB and LLM at the University of Dhaka. He has recently worked as a researcher in the Constitution Reform Commission affiliated with the Government of Bangladesh. He regularly publishes newspaper and blog articles on different legal issues. His areas of interest include human rights, constitutionalism, criminal justice, intellectual property, etc. He can be reached at abuzar@pu.edu.bd
