Alexander Hughes

Alexander Hughes is a DPhil in Law Candidate at the University of Oxford where he is a Judge Meron Graduate Scholar (Trinity College). He is also a Visiting Lecturer in criminal law at King’s College London. He was previously the Judicial Assistant to Lord Sales at the UK Supreme Court and then the Head Judicial Assistant to the President, Lord Reed. Alex has also worked at the European Court of Human Rights, first in the Office of the President and then as a Lawyer in the UK Division. He has previously practised as a solicitor in London.
