Aniketh Rao

Aniketh Rao is an Assistant Lecturer in Law in the School of Law and Social Sciences at the University of the South Pacific, and a University of London Worldwide Recognised Tutor. His research interests involve human rights law, public law and comparative constitutional studies, with a special focus in gender and law, anti-discrimination law, and data protection, following socio-legal approaches of substantive equality, feminist legal theory and intersectionality.
