Fionn is a BCL candidate at the University of Oxford. He graduated from the Australian National University in 2024 with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. His research focuses on applied political and legal theory, examining how democratic institutions can be structured to improve effectiveness and legitimacy. He has published on judicial normativity, impartiality, and education. Fionn has experience in policy research, analysis, and reform advocacy across academic, activist, and private professional contexts, and has supported constitutional litigation and legal advice at the Australian Government Solicitor.
