Henry Kao obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong respectively. Aaron H. L. Wong’s research interests are in criminal law and criminal justice. Aaron holds an MPhil in Criminology from Cambridge, an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice (Distinction) from Edinburgh, and an LLB (First Class Honours) from CityUHK.
