Maisy Bentley

Maisy is completing the MPhil in Law funded by the Rhodes Scholarship. She holds an MSt Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Oxford and an LLB(First Class Honours) and BA(Development Studies & Māori Studies) from Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington. She is an enrolled barrister and solicitor (New Zealand). Her interests include public law, climate change, human rights, strategic litigation and socio-legal research.
