| Malobika Sen is a Teaching Assistant (Law) at the West Bengal National University for Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (WBNUJS). She is the SpicyIP inaugural Doctoral Fellow (2023-2024). She teaches the Elective Course of Disability law and Compulsory Course of Labour Law and Industrial Relations I and II. She was previously the Junior Research Fellow at WBNUJS. She is pursuing her Ph.D. at WBNUJS in the field of Intellectual Property Rights Litigation. She was also the Judicial Law Clerk of Hon’ble Justice Soumen Sen at the Calcutta High Court. She completed her undergraduate degree from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow and her post-graduate degree from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. Her areas of interest include disability rights, labour law, and intellectual property rights. |
