Marco Di Donato is a PhD Student in Criminal Law at the University of Verona. His research focuses on the role of Artificial Intelligence in both the commission and prevention of environmental crimes, adopting a comparative and transnational perspective. He previously worked with the defence team of Mr. Jakup Krasniqi at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague.
