Michael Molavi

Dr Michael Molavi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology of Law, Lund University. He was previously a postdoctoral fellow in the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, University of Oxford. His socio-legal research focuses on a range of access to justice issues and he is the author of the recently published book, Collective Access to Justice: Assessing the Potential of Class Actions in England and Wales (Bristol: Policy Press, 2021).
