Mukta is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Law, Nirma University, and a qualified Company Secretary. With over a decade of teaching experience, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. She has served as a guest faculty at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has presented her research at several prestigious national conferences, contributing to the discourse on corporate and legal frameworks. Sukhpreet is a law student at Nirma University and currently serves as the founding Chairperson of the Council of Entrepreneurship, Finance and Management and the Vice-Chairperson of the Student Research Council. She has published and presented papers in various platforms with Oxford human rights hub, SCC Online, MNLU (Mumbai), NUSRL (Ranchi), NLUJAA (Guwahati), RGNUL (Punjab), and Nirma University. Her research focuses on Capital Markets and Human Rights.
