Nikki Godden-Rasul

Dr Nikki Godden-Rasul is a senior lecturer in law at Newcastle University. Her research expertise is in sexual violence, law and justice, and she teaches law and gender, tort law, and criminal law. She has been awarded a Leverhulme Research Fellowship 2025 for her project Law, transformative change and abolition feminism to address gendered violence. With Lucia Kula, she co-edited the Research Handbook on Gender, Violence and Law (in press, Edward Elgar) and she is Editor-in-Chief of Feminist Legal Studies.
