Rabeya Dewan

Rabeya Dewan is a lecturer at the Department of Law, Uttara University, Bangladesh, where she has been serving since January 2024. She completed her LL.B. (Honours) from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh, graduating with first-class first position, and later pursued her LL.M. from the same institution, specialising in International Crimes and Justice. She previously worked as a research assistant at Baul & Associates on the Child-Friendly Case Management Guideline Project in collaboration with Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK). Her research interests include human rights, environmental protection, state responsibility, and international law. She has co-authored two chapters in the book Street Children of Bangladesh: Making Them Visible (https://doi.org/10.59871/HFAK4245) and published scholarly work on different human rights issues.
