Sarah Jaley is a Master’s student at American University, School of International Service. She serves as a student fellow of the United States Atrocities Accountability Project with the Mass Atrocities Research Initiative, collaborates with the Nepal Youth Foundation on the Emerging Leaders Council, and works on the fundraising team at Anera (views expressed are her own and do not represent her employer or affiliated organizations). Inspired by her international travels and education in human rights, Sarah is committed to preserving the dignity of populations in conflict zones, and finding sustainable pathways to peace and reconciliation.
