Yoko Kuroiwa

Yoko Kuroiwa is a Japanese attorney at law and part-time lecturer at Tokyo Fuji University. After twenty years or more of attorney services involved in many labor cases of dismissal or gender discrimination of wages, particularly, she entered Waseda University’s graduate school. She specialized in laws of labour and discrimination and earned a PhD in law. Currently, she continues her research on anti-discrimination laws, and participates in activities for redressing gender discrimination.
