Katie Boyle

Dr Katie Boyle is Associate Professor of International Human Rights Law at the University of Stirling and recently authored the book Economic and Social Rights Law, Incorporation, Justiciability and Principles of Adjudication (Routledge 2020). She was a member of Scottish First Minister’s Advisory Group on Human Rights Leadership and served on the Academic Advisory Panel to the National Taskforce on Human Rights Leadership. She was also appointed to advise both the Children’s Commissioner and Scottish Government on UNCRC incorporation. She is a qualified constitutional lawyer.
