Kaweh Kerami

Kaweh Kerami is a political scientist whose work examines the intersections of politics, digital media, and human rights in conflict-affected contexts, with a focus on Afghanistan. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, where he explores how journalists report on human rights violations under repressive regimes and support international accountability efforts. He holds a PhD in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and has previously worked as a journalist for the BBC World Service and as a researcher for BBC Media Action.
