Book Release: Employment Law by Professor Anne Davies (Oxford)

Anne Davies’ new book is a comprehensive treatment of Employment Law aimed primarily at students and others coming to the subject for the first time. It deals with EU law and English law, and covers both individual and collective aspects of labour law. Each topic is set in the context of wider policy considerations including relevant ILO conventions and international and European human rights norms.
