by | Aug 21, 2015

Jonnette Watson Hamilton and Jennifer Koshan, Professors at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, have compiled an ebook on equality rights jurisprudence under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms that is available on their faculty’s blog, ABlawg. The ebook collects ABlawg posts on equality rights written by Watson Hamilton, Koshan and others since 2008. An introduction identifies the issues and trends in the case law reflected in the posts.

The e-book can be accessed and downloaded here.
