Graca Machel DBE is a Mozambican politician and humanitarian. She is an international advocate for women’s and children’s rights and in 1997 was made a British dame for her humanitarian work. She is the widow of former South African president Nelson Mandela and of Mozambican president Samora Machel. Mrs. Machel is currently Chancellor of the University of Cape Town

The lecture is being held at the Mary Ogilvie Lecture Theater, St. Anne’s College on Wednesday November 25 at 11am. All are welcome to attend. Please book online here.
