Professor Sandra Fredman, Director of the Oxford Human Rights Hub, has published an article in the Industrial Law Journal entitled ‘Addressing Disparate Impact: Indirect Discrimination and the Public Sector Equality Duty(2014) 43 ILJ 349. Professor Fredman’s article examines a recent decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Essop v Home Office.
