New publication: ‘Addressing Disparate Impact: Indirect Discrimination and the Public Sector Equality Duty’

Professor Sandra Fredman, Director of the Oxford Human Rights Hub, has published an article in the Industrial Law Journal entitled ‘Addressing Disparate Impact: Indirect Discrimination and the Public Sector Equality Duty(2014) 43 ILJ 349. Professor Fredman’s article examines a recent decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Essop v Home Office.
