OxHRH and Gullan & Gullan

by | May 13, 2014

The Oxford Human Rights Hub strives to create a global community of human rights academics, practitioners and policy makers.  Key to making these connections is a functional, dynamic and attractive online presence.  We have been fortunate enough to team up with South African based brand communications agency Gullan & Gullan, who support to work of the Oxford Human Rights Hub on a pro bono basis.

The wonderful team at Gullan & Gullan have been the creative talent behind our 2012-13 Annual Report, our recent e-publication Global Perspectives on Human Rights, and the promotional material for our recent conference in Rwanda, ‘Women and Poverty: A Human Rights Approach’.  They continue to help us reach wider audiences through our social media sites (TwitterFacebook and LinkedIn) and are responsible for the re-design of our logo and the colour scheme used in our new website.

OxHRH Director, Professor Sandy Fredman, recently visited the team at Gullan & Gullan at their Johannesburg offices.  She says: ‘It was wonderful to meet the Gullan & Gullan team, who are so creative and whose energy and inspiration have made our work so visually compelling, as I’m sure our readers will agree. They have so generously given of their time and talents, pro bono,  to support the Oxford Human Rights Hub as we realise our goal of creating an inclusive and dynamic global community.  Gullan & Gullan’s work with the Oxford Human Rights Hub is a great example of the wonderful things that can be achieved through multi-sectorial partnerships. We are enormously appreciative.’
