The Right to Education in Europe and India

A report prepared by Oxford Pro Bono Publico for the Legal Resources Centre, South Africa (July 2010)

 

In this project OPBP prepared a research memorandum for the Legal Resources Centre (LRC) in South Africa analysing the right to education in European and Indian case law and setting out the various remedies that have been awarded in the decisions in those jurisdictions.  The objective of the research was to assist the LRC in litigation regarding the funding of schools in the Transkei, South Africa.
