Sexuality, Sexism and Sexual Violence in the Law: a Transatlantic Perspective

by | Sep 30, 2014

Our society faces multiple challenges in how we treat sexual boundaries and sexual violence against women, from Title IX and campus sexual assault, to regulating internet pornography, to new trends of cyber-bullying and revenge porn.

Dr Ann Olivarius, Senior Partner of McAllister Olivarius, represents women on the receiving end of bad treatment in these areas in both the US and UK. In this talk, she shared her experiences from a 25-year legal career and discussed how best to reform the law.
