Max Harris

Max Harris is an Associate-Director of the OxHRH, an Examination Fellow at All Souls College, a researcher for Free Speech Debate, and a freelance writer. His primary research interests are in constitutional law, criminal law, and the state of progressive politics today. He has MPP and BCL degrees from the University of Oxford, worked as a clerk to Chief Justice Elias at the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and has completed short stints of work at the United Nations Development Programme’s Executive Office, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the South Australian Department of Premier and Cabinet.
